Ingredients:
- 2019 Apple Cider Dry Base – 420 oz
- 10 Tbsp Xylitol
Method:
- 1 month after racking dry base, add xylitol to back sweetening.
- Add 50 grams sugar for bottle carbonation. (S.G. 1.005)
