2019 Apple Cider (Sweet)

This cider is sweet, but not like candy, and is balanced with tartness.

Quantity this makes: 420 oz.

Ingredients:

• 2019 Apple Cider Dry Base – 420 oz
• 10 Tbsp Xylitol

Method:

• 1 month after racking dry base, add xylitol to back sweetening.
• Add 50 grams sugar for bottle carbonation. (S.G. 1.005)

Racking:

• Dry base started on 10/13
• Racked on 11/12
• Xylitol added on 12/7

Bottling

• Bottled on 12/7
• Gravity: 1.000
• pH: 3.2
• Final Alcohol Percentage: 6.5%
